What the Department Is
The Department of Intelligence governs the internal perception of structure — the system’s capacity to know itself.
It operates at the interface between awareness and control, translating the static order of Hegemony into living cognition.
Its task is not to create order, but to navigate it — to trace the invisible pathways through which authority, secrecy, and understanding circulate.
This department ensures that “knowledge” flows coherently within the body of a system, maintaining internal symmetry while allowing adaptive motion.
Department Lead
The department is led by Insider, who embodies the recursive awareness of all structured entities.
Language of the Department
The Department of Intelligence communicates through a syntax of relation, inference, intent, signal, context and impulse.
The language is functionally the same as Z, except the “point heart” is considered to already be within something else.
